What To Do When A Ice Storm Hits

So lucky us, here in Toronto we got hit with a lovely ice storm :)
Our roads and trees and power lines are alllll frozen... YAYYYY...NOT!
Power went out and wifi was gone! #firstworldproblems LOL but despite this annoying weather it is quite pretty actually!

The trees are so pretty and its just pure natural art right outside my window. But what to do in such a storm? Well first of all prepare for the worst, make sure you have salt for the driveway, candles, canned food and bottled water, radio with batteries, blankets and flashlights.

Once all your survival necessities are in check then you can enjoy your stay inside much better.
Grab a nice Christmas movie and make some yummy snacks, popcorn, chips, chocolate, cookies, as you can see I'm craving everything....#girlproblems. Have the fireplace crackling with a nice cup of hot chocolate curled up with your beau and enjoying the freezing rain covering your electricity lines  :)... how i wish my night is like...

Okay so what i ACTUALLY do when a storm hits.... tweet how angry i am that a storm came and cancelled my plans, angry text everyone i know about how angry i am. Sit in my room watching Netflix with a bowl full of doritos and ferraro rocher angrily hating how stranded i am in my house when i can be out dancing-_- but with all this anger I'm logical and make sure that my laptop and phone are fully charged so i can still update my statuses with more complaining about how crappy the weather is ;)

I know my way is how most of you guys spend a night in with a storm going on :P my Facebook news feed is full of ice storm pictures and angry posts on how much they hate winter!

If you actually spend your storm watches with your boo in a Pinterest like picture with candles and a fireplace crackling with perfectly made hot cocoa well then.....i don't know what to say lmao

How do you spend your days when a storm hits?

Maybelline Age Rewind Dark Eye Concealer

Hey Guys,

So I've been meaning to purchase this product forever!!!! I don't know why i always pass this product even though I've heard so many good things about it. So i finally bought it and I've been testing it out.

What I've noticed is that it doesn't treat dark circles although it says it does. But it does cover up dark circles really well. Its light and creamy formula and easily blend able, doesn't crease nor leave streaks. I love the way it applies, the soft circle dome applicator easily slides on top of the eye area and doesn't overly put the product on. Its light coverage concealer so if you're looking for heavier you will have to pair it with another concealer. Sometimes ill apply this concealer first and then apply Tarte Marajuca Concealer on top for a more brighter and fully covered look.

Here I have a picture of a with the product on and without it. The Left side has the product on, as you can see how much its covered up my dark circle and it matches my skin tone very well. It quickly gives an awakened look in seconds. Super easy to apply and it will drastically change the focus of your eyes!

Overall i give this product a 7.5/10 :)

Tarte Maracuja Creasless Concealer

Hey guys,
Ok yes I've been gone for way too long and it's because of finals and so much going on.
December is always a overwhelming month mostly because it's finals and cramming in all the assignments due and studying nonstop.
But during the month of November I purchased a new concealer from tarte. And I have been testing it out for the past weeks. So far I love it, it covers my under eye fully and wears all day. Like I was surprised it stayed on throughout the entire day so I was happy with that. It says it's cress less but it's not, it creases so you have to set it with a translucent powder.
I don't like the under eye to be dewy or shiny so I set it with a translucent powder to give it the matte effect. I apply this with a concealer brush from Sephora, it's from their professional line, it's the airbrush concealer.
I love the brush it's worth the money and apples the concealer smoothly and flawlessly. When the sephora lady tried the product on me I had to buy the brush as we'll. Applying concealer it's best with a brush because the eye is so sensitive you don't want to pull and drag the product in that area. Best to buy a fluffy concealer brush to buff it in flawlessly.

I give this product a 7.5/10 :)

More reviews on the way!
