So lucky us, here in Toronto we got hit with a lovely ice storm :)
Our roads and trees and power lines are alllll frozen... YAYYYY...NOT!
Power went out and wifi was gone! #firstworldproblems LOL but despite this annoying weather it is quite pretty actually!
The trees are so pretty and its just pure natural art right outside my window. But what to do in such a storm? Well first of all prepare for the worst, make sure you have salt for the driveway, candles, canned food and bottled water, radio with batteries, blankets and flashlights.
Once all your survival necessities are in check then you can enjoy your stay inside much better.
Grab a nice Christmas movie and make some yummy snacks, popcorn, chips, chocolate, cookies, as you can see I'm craving everything....#girlproblems. Have the fireplace crackling with a nice cup of hot chocolate curled up with your beau and enjoying the freezing rain covering your electricity lines :)... how i wish my night is like...
Okay so what i ACTUALLY do when a storm hits.... tweet how angry i am that a storm came and cancelled my plans, angry text everyone i know about how angry i am. Sit in my room watching Netflix with a bowl full of doritos and ferraro rocher angrily hating how stranded i am in my house when i can be out dancing-_- but with all this anger I'm logical and make sure that my laptop and phone are fully charged so i can still update my statuses with more complaining about how crappy the weather is ;)
I know my way is how most of you guys spend a night in with a storm going on :P my Facebook news feed is full of ice storm pictures and angry posts on how much they hate winter!
If you actually spend your storm watches with your boo in a Pinterest like picture with candles and a fireplace crackling with perfectly made hot cocoa well then.....i don't know what to say lmao
How do you spend your days when a storm hits?

Happy Thanksgiving
Im late on this post because in Canada ThanksGiving was celebrated yesterday and i had no time to make a blog about it so i apologize.
But i had 2 thanksgiving dinners, and one that i made as a surprise for my family last night, instead of turkey i made chicken!
I love thanksgiving so much, just because its all yummy comfort food haha :P
But i am thankful for my family, friends and you viewers who actually take some time off from your busy schedules and take the time to read through my posts. this only motivates me ten times more to keep on top of it!
I hope all you Canadian readers enjoyed your ThanksGiving <3

Real Techniques Brushes Review
Hey Hi,
Real Techniques Brushes are a fairly new line of brushes made by Samantha Chapman; a makeup artist. She is a fabulous makeup artist and a big youtube personality with a wide range of makeup tutorials.
These brushes are actually quite awesome, i love them so much. They are dense and thick and apply everything so flawlessly. Also, they are not expensive they are super affordable. Its like getting high-end brushes for the price of a drugstore brush.
My two favourite brushes so far are,
The foundation brush is awesome, not the normal flat brush but its a round thick dense domed brush. It buffs your foundation so smoothly and effectively all over your face. And the domed eyeshadow brush is super useful, i use it to buff in my concealer. All the brushes are thick and well shaped and this is why i really love it because it will transform your makeup to the way it should be.
You can buy them in packages or they are sold separately, unfortunately finding them in Canada is not the easiest, the only places I've seen them sold were at Wal-Mart and sometimes if you're lucky you will find them at Winners!
I very much recommend to purchase these brushes they are worth it!!
xoxo,
Yara
